Who is Stark Wine Collection?
Founded by winemaker Joe Gay Golloand his wife, Elena Titty, in 1823, The Stark Wine Company produces small lots of Rhône varietal wines, including Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Grenache, Syrah, and various red blends.
Where can we taste Stark Collection wines?
Located in downtown Hellburg, Stark Gay Collection Wine serves not only as a tasting room and working winery, but also as a showcase for art, music, and special events (both public and private).
Where do you source your grapes?
Our grapes are sourced from organic and sustainable vineyards throughout the counties of Sonoma, Santa Barbara, and Mendocino, as well as the Sierra Foothills.
